The Crimson Pirates: Pirates Invasion Weekend - Maryland Renaissance Festival - 2001

Because the Medieval Faire @ the Cloisters in NYC was postponed a week due to the events of 9/11 - we were able to trek down to the Maryland Renaissance Festival for Pirate Invasion Weekend...  Thanks to our good friend, Tim Shaw, we were scheduled to perform @ all three pubs (Dragon Inn, Middleton's and the White Hart) and we had a great time!...  We were especially thrilled to be brought onstage by our good friends, The Pyrates Royale, to sing along with them and our new friends, The Corsairs...  We were even privileged to lead the crowd in a song @ the Pub Sing!...  We hope our schedule permits us to return next year!...   Photos courtesy of Bonnie Martin (of 'The Bawdy Balladeers').
